XL Displays were processing DPD and DHL labels manually, which took time and resources to fulfil daily. It was difficult to bring new shipping partners onboard without complications and as they continued to grow, it became more challenging to manage carriers individually.
Fulfilment staff were spending hours a day creating shipping labels through two different carrier portals and tracking parcels from customer enquiries was inefficient and time-consuming.
